Barrier Fabric Panels Description NRC- STC - Link
Advantage: Very Decorative finished looking panel, High NRC and STC numbers, Custom sizes and facings available, Looks like standard panel.

Description: These panels are fabricated by sandwiching a layer of vinyl nose barrier in between our standard fiberglass used for the fabric wrapped fiberglass panels. These are typically adhered directly to walls or doors to increase the STC rating of the structure that supports it. These are usually installed when the customer does not want to "re-construct" the walls but are ok covering the walls completely with some kind of product.

Sound Silencer Description NRC- STC - Link
Advantage: Very impact resistant, Non-fibrous, Tackable, Rigid, Acceptable in high humidity environments, Unique look, Cleanable.

Description: These panels are made from a porous expanded polypropylene (PEPP) and although they are not the most absorptive panels in the world, they definitely have their place. They are commonly used for their unique aesthetic, for a tackable surface, or in places where other panels will not work like kitchens, swimming pools, office partitions, exterior applications (without direct UV contact)

Barrier-Septum Curtain Description NRC- STC - Link
Advantage: Custom Made to any size, VERY good STC/NRC Numbers, Multiple facing colors, Attach one to another with Velcro, Frame/track systems available.

Description: These panels are some of the highest performing composite panels on the market. They are constructed by sandwiching a layer of 1lb psf vinyl noise barrier between two layers of fiberglass. The assembly is then faced and edges bound with a industrial grade PVC facing to keep the fiberglass from becoming airborne. We will usually install grommets across the top edges and attach Hook and loop Velcro along the vertical seams to use as points of attachment.

Melamine Composite Foam Description NRC- STC - Link
Advantage: Can be a finished surface, VERY good STC/NRC Numbers, Easily adhered to structure, can be painted, available in 2x4 panels, short lead time if not in stock

Description: These panels are made by sandwiching a layer of 1lb psf vinyl noise barrier between two layers of class A rated melamine foam. The thicker foam usually goes toward the noise source to increase the NRC rating of the product. The foam backer is simply to stand the vinyl off of the structure that supports it.

Sound Barrier ACT Ceiling tiles Description NRC- STC - Link
Advantage: Can be a finished surface, VERY good STC/NRC Numbers, Easily dropped into T-bar grid or glued to wall, can be painted, available in 2x4 panels, short lead time if not in stock

Description: This product is made to drop into a standard T-bar ceiling grid and will make an acoustical ceiling to make the ceiling assembly approximately the same as the wall. These are made by adhering a layer of vinyl noise barrier to the back of a standard piece of fiberglass with a few different facings. These are direct replacements for ceiling tiles that are designed to stop sound as well as absorb 3x as much reflective noise as a standard ceiling tile.
